The Hawks released Juan Dixon and Mike Wilks on Tuesday bringing their current active roster to 16 players.

Dixon appeared in three games for the Hawks this preseason, averaging nine points while dishing out four assists and recording five steals. Wilks also appeared in three games for the Hawks this preseason.

At least one more cut must be made to get the Hawks at the NBA maximum of 15 before the Oct. 26th deadline to submit final rosters to the league office.

  1. Mr. Hawk

Who will be the next to be let go? I’m thinking Siler. I love his story, but I think that he is a bit green. On a better note the Hawks are looking very good and I know that it is only pre- season. I believe that we have found our point guard of the future, I hope Woody let’s him play substantial minutes. JOE PLEASE RESIGN, I know you all read this!

I think its going to be Sims and Siler. Mario and Othello will be the one’s to make it.
