Guest if your name begin with a J r M u might can be a hawk. Not sayin its gonna happen but if the team can stay heathy and injury free who knows how long we can play basket ball this season, preferriably the last game. But my thing is look like J. J pressing a lil to much and he really don,t need to be or have to. Dish the ball. We know you the man and a shooter suppose two shoots his way out of a slump, but J.C. and the rest of the guys are like all-state. Lat but not least let,s get big Al locked up long term before sum one come calling. Chow.

I'm glad and happy the team got the win. Call it what you want, nitpicking whatever but JJ played way too many minutes and the rotation was too short. Not happy at all about that. This team is supposed to have depth. I'm sure it's possible to win using that depth. Just shaking my head at the tight rotation. I just don't understand it. It's definitely confusing. Don't tell us the team has depth and then not let us see it on the court on a consistent basis.

Kudos for the win Hawks. Go Hawks!

I second that motion! I'm not understanding why we picked up Collins in the offseason if he hasn't played a single game yet. Horford is a natural power forward, not center and Woody is adamant about him staying at the 5 position. It was a great win last night, but the starters played too many wins. Guess he wanted to make sure they came out of Portland with a W. Hopefully it'll be a different story next game.

Great win tonight. I'll keep it short and positive. Just wondering aloud why our "coach" is so adamant about playing 8 guys all night. It's obvious that he's not going to get the picture. This team will be elite once he's long gone.....

Ok, I love my Hawks, but why did Horford look as if he was oversized and out matched? Because he was. Ok coach if another player is on fire like Joe was, PLEASE leave him in the game! You shouldn't let Kobe decide when Joe should play. Josh and Marvin come on fellas that was piss poor. I love Horford, but it looks as though we are going to wear him out again this year. I know Horford has heart and I applaud that, but he needs 3 more inches and 30 more pounds. What in the hell is Jason Collins doing on the bench all the time? I might as well sit on the end of the bench! Come on Coach!

The refs played a HUGE part in that third quarter meltdown, which caused the Hawks to become frustrated and out of sync. But it's the players job to not let the refs get the best of them and fight their way out of those situations. Marvin Williams needs to step up.....period. He settled for jump shots as SOON as Artest was guarding him and was afraid to attack the basket. He needs to earn the money he was given in the offseason.

Overall, I think the Hawks played well for 3 quarters, but their defense is lacking big time. The bench is going to give many teams problems, especially of Teague plays half as well as he did last night.

Woody really needs help in knowing how to manage game situations. He does not know when to call timeouts and he keeps the hottest player on the bench until he is cold again. KEEP HIM IN THE GAME IF HE'S HOT. This is not the preseason where he wants to experiment with a lineup and see how well they will do when they are in. MANAGE THE GAME ACCORDINGLY!!!!

I hope the Hawks can pull 2 out of 3 in for this next 3 road games, it would be a somewhat successful road trip. GO HAWKS!!!!

What Home team, great bench I think once the rotation gets a little more settled we will be alright. i still think we shot too many jump shots. and we really need to work on not turning the ball over so much. I said we will be 4ht in the east but looking @ how Miami and the Raptors play, we go be in for a fight for that 4th spot.
