Lang Whitaker followed the Hawks for 36-hours straight back in December, observing the Hawks as they hosted a Friday night game and hit the road for a Saturday night match-up. The story first appeared in SLAM Magazine’s print version and was just released online on Wednesday afternoon.

man this was exciting ,one minute i am ragging to my roomate with 10 secounds left ( saying how josh smith missed 6 straight bunnies at yhe beginning of the game b/c he should have had 32 pts.)then sounding like a guy who just ate a peppermint pattie as crawford hits the long 3 pointer.
crawford definately pulled out his star stump tonight, but i loved what horford did for us tonight he was a man beast.
Great game last night. What can I say about Jamal? He is special. I love how perform on the basketball court especially in the final quarter. Jamal is officially MR. CLUTCH! What a weapon. Josh Smith is by far the best defensive player in the nba. Keep it going guys.

well our litlle want to be superstars joe and crawford had to come back to earth. joe gives himself no chance on a cluttered drive to the basket and crawford tried to hit a shot from the parking lott.
but man i see why the thunder have given people a hard time, they are young tall and atheletic and just about everybody on the team can score the ball, they also have a 7 footer that can put the ball back in the basket. i woul really be worried about the bobcats b/c we cant handle wallace.
Great shot Jamal, I darn near jumped out of the window when he made that shot LOL!!!They could have beaten OKC, just a minor slip-up. OKC will be where the Hawks are in about 2 years, but right now, the Hawks are indeed an elite team!
