The NBA released the results from the 2009-10 Defensive Player of the Year voting on Tuesday afternoon, with the Hawks Josh Smith finishing in 2nd behind boyhood friend and former AAU teammate Dwight Howard, who now has won the award in back-to-back seasons.

Smith finished the season as the only player in the top-10 in both blocks (3rd) and steals (8th). Check out Smoove’s video series “That’s What I Do” for more highlights, stats, videos and more about his stellar season.
