The Numbers Don’t Lie… Bizzaro Version

Last week I posted about how the Hawks are 9-1 this year when Joe and Jamal each score 20 or more points in the same game.

After Tuesday’s loss in which neither player broke into double digits I now feel compelled to point out the fact that Atlanta is now 0-4 this year when Joe and Jamal are each held to 10 points or less. (The team is 1-7 when Joe is held to 10 points or less.)

Bottom line, we need our most potent offensive weapons to be assertive and accurate tonight as the Hawks look to close out their opening round series with the Magic.

Check back early this afternoon for Game 6 Notes and Quotes after shootaround.

Well if you go back and look at the stat sheet you see that no one really had a great game but Josh. We had only two out of the whole roster that played break into double figures. If our big scorers aren’t doing their job and making baskets or distributing the ball correctly then this is where the rest needs to pick up the slack.. Come on ATL Hawks. I know we can beat these guys tonight with no problem..
