Josh Smith took too many outside shots, instead of attacking the rim to score in the paint. Zaza should’ve been in the starting lineup to further increase the size advantage. Both Stevenson and Smith (the two best options for guarding LeBron) shouldn’t have been in the starting lineup. That way you could rotate Stevenson in off the bench for defense on LeBron.
