Kyle Korver started his streak of consecutive games with a three-pointer on Nov. 4, 2012.  On that date:

Cleveland Cavaliers v Atlanta Hawks

–  Mitt Romney was a candidate for U.S. President
–  Florida’s football team was ranked #6 in the country and had never lost to an FCS school
–  Prince William and Kate Middleton were not parents
–  The most recent Packers/Vikings game had not ended in a tie
–  SnapChat had just taken off
–  The NHL was in a lockout
–  Wreck-It Ralph was the #1 movie in America
–  The Pittsburgh Pirates had recently completed their 20th consecutive losing season
–  Maroon 5’s “One More Night” was #1 on the Billboard charts
–  Dennis Schröder was a teenager playing basketball in Germany
–  “Twerking” was not a thing
–  The NBA was less than a week into its first 82-game season since Derrick Rose won MVP
–  You had no idea how Breaking Bad was going to end
–  The Auburn football team had a record of 2-7
–  There hadn’t been a government shutdown in 18 years.
–  The mother on How I Met Your Mother was still unknown
